At Bouclair, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account to locate your order history and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at a designated carrier location, or bring it to your nearest Bouclair store for a free in-person return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
